ARNOLD KITCHEN REMODEL

John & Pat M and I met via a real estate agent that we had both worked with. They have lived in a nice tri-level home near Broadneck High School for many years and were considering selling it. They wanted to “freshen up” their kitchen in order to put the home on the market, so we discussed several options, with the focus being to open up the room from a small galley style kitchen to something more inviting.
We completely gutted the former kitchen and increased the size of the opening from their family room to their kitchen eating area. This brought the two rooms together. The new kitchen is focused around a large island in the center, with kitchen appliances on one side and extra storage on the other.
The real finishing touch here was redoing the stair railing that gave a fresh look to the room and really tied everything together.
This was a great project. John & Pat ended up loving it so much, they decided to stay in their home instead of selling. Now, that’s a pretty powerful kitchen!!! We have also since gone back to remodel their laundry room and bathroom as well!
