NEW FOUR SQUARE HOME IN ANNAPOLIS

A mutual real estate agent friend referred Steve and Elizabeth V to me. They owned a beautiful older home not far from the USNA Stadium, and while they loved their neighborhood, their house couldn't fit their growing family. We were very fortunate to find a building lot that would fit the size and style of their ideal home in their current neighborhood!
When we met with Steve and Elizabeth to begin the design process, they had found some great plans on coolhouseplans.com but wanted to alter them. Rick took the plans and their ideas, and was able to design an AWESOME looking four square. Not only would they be able to get the look that they loved, but also more square footage that they expected and at a cost that was better than any of us had imagined.
With the home's “sticks and bricks” being less than anticipated, it allowed Steve and Elizabeth to include some unanticipated upgrades in their home. We were able to put hardwoods throughout; upgrade the kitchen finishes, and do some decorative tilework in the bathrooms.
This was a very rewarding project! We were able to go into an older Annapolis neighborhood and construct a new home that fit in perfectly with the surrounding houses. Steve and Elizabeth love their home and we all had a lot of fun working on the project together!
